Job Description
: Kaizen Kulture are seeking UK based freelance Lean Process Management Consultants for Global Insurance Client. They will lead and support transformation type projects, that are typically aimed at improving productivity, process lead times, on time delivery and quality for our client across multiple locations. Our experts bring the hands-on industry experience required to pinpoint operational weaknesses & threats, select the right methods and then deliver measurable, sustainable improvements. By challenging conventional thinking, we help our clients to achieve exceptional results. The primary focus for our Consultants is delivering improved performance for our clients through assignment work. Our Consultants must be proficient and experienced enough to deliver operational improvement across a wide range of sectors and client situations and are expected to work well with cross-sector and multi-disciplinary teams. Our experts are typically Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Lean Leaders, Toyota Production System Consultants with a broad range of diagnostic and implementation experience across industries and sectors. We would also expect Consultants to lead work streams within our projects. In addition to this, consultants will have the opportunity to contribute technical content to proposals and support sales meetings with clients, develop thought leadership and help with our marketing activity. In this role the MBBs will be responsible for leading work streams to deliver outcomes including; simplification, standardisation, improved process quality and productivity. Background: Our Insurance client requires an experienced Lean and Six Sigma consultant to support the existing transformation team in the delivery of Lean and Six Sigma projects that demonstrate measurable business benefits. Key Skills Experience leading operational performance transformation programmes through the deployment and use of; Lean process management, Total Quality Management, systems thinking and Six Sigma.
