Remote working with Central London team meetings and additional travel might be required to meet with potential clients. We are looking for a highly motivated, independent and creative B2B Sales & Partnerships Leader to join the UK's fastest-growing booking platform for counselling and psychotherapy. Who You Are * A self-starter, able to plan your own time and prioritise effectively * Excellent attention to detail with impeccably high standards * Enthusiastic and driven to achieve your own OKRs. * Excellent knowledge of Excel and CRM software * Personable and articulate with excellent written and spoken English * Able to develop relationships naturally and a team player * Experience and a passion for the healthcare world is a big bonus! Key Responsibilities * Managing the CRM - from creating sales emails, automated email sequences, to working on warm leads, making phone calls, collecting feedback, etc. * Come up with ideas for marketing to corporates, working with the team to produce and advertise content * Build on and develop what we have to offer * Find and work with clients to partner with (e.g. GP Surgeries, Employee benefit schemes, etc) * Develop a corporate section of the HTP website * Attend daily team meeting by Zoom * Carry out competitor analysis * Create and send a monthly newsletter to corporates Qualifications Essential Requirements * At least 1 years' experience working in Sales, ideally with SMEs * Ambition, drive and the ability to manage your own time and achieve goals * Hard-working and a keen learner * Proactive and constantly looking for ways to improve * Strong written English, capable of conveying complex messages in a clear and concise way * Real people skills - professional, honest, dependable, approachable and empathetic Preferred Skills And Experience * Interest in mental health/psychology/therapy/self-help * Experience of remote working Additional Information How to apply: If your experience meets the above criteria then please submit your CV (demonstrating the above requirements).
