Job Family & Band- Business Project Management 4.Intermediate Lead Professional / Manager Contract type - Permanent Closing date - 19.6.20 Job contact - Angela Dixon INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND Play a lead role in working within the Customer incident team to identify, analyse and document business processes, with a view to implementing best practice on current and future state processes and case reviews based on incident requirements. Our Customer Incident Programme has been set up to manage new high risk and in transit large customer incidents following robust processes and governance structure. Keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do, you'll provide business process consultancy on customer incident processes. You'll need to be adaptable undertake analysis on a range of data sources , produce option papers, and recommend remediation solutions in line with our defined customer incident framework and governance model whilst having exceptional internal and external customers and stakeholder management skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * * Communicating, presenting, negotiating and influencing across the Customer Incident programme, across third parties stakeholders and up to senior management, in line Customer incident governance * *
