In a nutshell As Senior Recruiter you'll be joining an established team where you'll work at a senior level, partnering with your business areas to deliver a first class recruitment service. What success looks like? * You will be a trusted recruitment partner working collaboratively with your stakeholders to deliver recruitment and change projects * Using data, market insight and mapping you will create and deliver effective talent attraction strategies, reducing time to hire * Manage your own business areas, delivering on own KPIs, owning and reviewing own results, making suggestions to improve performance and service delivery What you will be doing * Deliver talent strategies that attract, short list and recruit candidates that meet the desired person specification for each vacancy * Select appropriate sourcing technology/approaches to use to create external talent pool * Manage candidate journey from application to day 1, in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive employer brand What you need to know and show * Confident, commercial and performance led with good judgement and collaborative working * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Self-motivation, working at pace and multi-tasker with limited supervision * Proven track record in recruitment with expert recruitment knowledge and understanding of the theory or proven knowledge of recruitment best practice in the external market place, including Talent Pooling and Market Mapping * Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies, exposure to working in a regulated environment would be advantageous * Expert knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidate/talent pools including ATS expertise and LinkedIn * Ability to produce, analyse and interpret data, identify opportunities and using data to inform decisions * A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches Colleague Conduct Rules The individual performing this role is expected to adhere to conduct rules as specified by our regulators (PRA and FCA).
