The Role As a Systems Developer you will work within the Infrastructure & Support Team providing application and software support to our internal employees and external customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple development tasks that come in from our automotive partners that require speedy resolutions. You will play a key part in support tasks which will include triaging service requests, liaising with clients to support their use of our software and to take any requirements they have. The development work of the role will focus on investigating and fixing issues / bugs, making functional changes to a range of systems and working on key projects to meet the business requirements. The Responsibilities * Develop systems through work on small scale projects * Promotion of quality within the software development team * Investigate and resolve issues/tasks * Assist with DevOps * Maintain appropriate documentation * Assist with triage of support tickets using the JIRA Helpdesk system The Skills The Systems Developer needs to demonstrate a clear ability to prioritise work under pressure, manage complex technical tasks and know when to seek assistance. Communication is a key focus and you must be adept at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders / clients. You will be working in an innovative 'tech' environment. The right candidate will demonstrate a passion for technology, the ability to quickly pick up new technologies and have experience in the following: * .Net (C#, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core) * SQL Server * Azure (WebAps, Functions, API management etc) * DEVOPS * TFS/GIT * Triage / Ticket Management using JIRA or similar * External client support * Excellent communication skills About TLA Established in 2002, TLA is an award-winning digital media business, acclaimed for its innovative technology in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, FT1000 and Northern Tech 100.
