In order to achieve this we are committed to providing you with excellent support for your own on-going career development and experience We are committed to providing more support for our Acute Medicine rota at registrar level and can give you the opportunity to match this with a medical specialism of your choice, this includes respiratory, gastroenterology, rheumatology, cardiology, stroke and endocrinology. In addition, you will have the opportunity to spend one day a week working supernumerary in a specialist interest of your choice. This could include: Simulation Training Medical Leadership and Management Quality Improvement Undergraduate Education with Oxford and University of Buckingham Medical Students Research and Innovation Digital/IT Intensive Care Medicine This is not an exhaustive list and we encourage you to speak to us and discuss further.
