Job Description
As part of the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust drive to continue to deliver outstanding End of Life care, we are looking to increase the Hospital Palliative Care team to allow us to expand our hours of working. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The applicant should have two years post registration experience with evidence of further education in Palliative Care. The post is mainly based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital but may on occasions may require cost site visiting. As a member of the multi-professional palliative care team you would provide a service to patients and their carers, when specialist palliative care intervention and advice is required. You would be a resource to medical, nursing and other social and health care professionals across the Trust, with a commitment to the education and training of others.
