Job Description
GOSH nursing & HCA bank are looking for experienced Anaesthetic Practitioners to join and be part of a 220 multi-disciplinary team across Theatres and the wider Directorate. We can offer fixed term assignments or regular ad hoc shifts over the coming months. Working bank at Great Ormond Street you will benefit from competitive rates of pay and weekly paydays. You will also receive training on the Trust's EPR system and access to GOSH's learner management platform GOLD, giving you access to a range of educational resources. GOSH covers most of the major surgical specialities and as there is no Accident & Emergency Department here at Great Ormond Street, the Trust accept specialist referrals from all over the globe. GOSH predominantly take care of children with multiple disabilities and health problems as well as congenital birth conditions. GOSH has 19 Theatres, with specialities including General, ENT, Orthopaedics, Spines, Plastics, Neurology, Craniofacial, Ophthalmology, Renal, Urology, Dental and Cardiology. We also extend our skilled services to Interventional Radiology, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Gastroenterology and Haematology/Oncology as well as Gamma Knife surgery, which takes place at our neighbour hospital The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.
