Fleet team leader/ Workshop controller Portadown, Co Armagh Salary Negotiable (depending on experience) Full-Time & Perm Mon-Fri (08:30 - 17:00) Job Role This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR professional. Reporting into the Senior Management Team, you will support a client group of approximately 250 employees. In this role you will support across, recruitment, training and generalist HR duties. Job Role Present a positive image of the company, products and services offered at all times High level of customer service to grow the business Proficient in use of computer systems including Kerridge, Excel + Word Adhere to franchise and company standards Vital link between Fleet Manager, Fleet Brands + workshop team All Fleet bookings, preparation of paperwork and manage workshop loadings Process job cards to invoice, maintain accurate fleet records for inspection Manage the organising + ordering of parts/ lubes Agree Fleet requirements and work to deadlines Individual + What Fleet Manager requires Friendly, professional telephone manner in all internal communication, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dedicated team Previous experience in Depot Service or Motor Franchise would be advantageous Organised and systematic approach to work and the ability to work under pressure Genuine passion for Company Growth Service, Highly organised, hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated Ability to manage Fleet paperwork to Government Standard for inspection Commitment to deliver for the Company by going further than what is expected Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Maths and English GCSE`s or equivalent Flexible approach and availability to work Saturday on rotation Full and valid UK driving licence Criteria: Retail sales- 4 years (Preferred) Service advisor - 4 year (Preferred) GCSE or equivalent (Preferred) Experience of Management Systems (Our client reserves the right to expand on the above criteria to facilitate shortlisting) APPLY TODAY Our client is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes applications from all sections of the community
