The key responsibilities in this role include; * Lead functional teams and optimizing day-to-day performance so that business targets are met or exceeded * Manage direct reports and a team of engineers including staff appraisals, disciplining, pay reviews and career development * Responsible for the control of Health & Safety, ensuring that all procedures are adhered to * Maintenance of all designated equipment to the required company and legal standard in order to maximise operational availability You won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here's what we need from you: * People Management skills * Management experience * Level 3 commercial vehicle maintenance desirable (Level 2 might be considered) or time served 5 years * Fully experienced in all aspects of the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles and trailers to DVSA standards * Must have your own tools What will you get in return?
