Job Description
Our client is a very successful and established agricultural plant hire company and due to their continued success Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Workshop Technician. The role is workshop based and the successful candidate will be required to undertake service, maintenance and repair of a large fleet of tractors, excavators, tele-handlers, bailers, trailers and sprayers. The Role: Reporting to the Service Manager you will be required to undertake planned and reactive service maintenance and repair of mobile plant and machinery manufactured by JCB, John Deere, Kubota and others. Candidates: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years previous heavy plant or agricultural machine maintenance, service and repair experience. Ideally you will have NRH or HNC Mechanical or NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance. Applicants will be trustworthy, hardworking, enthusiastic and you will demonstrate excellent all round mechanical engineering knowledge. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm + OT Pension 28 days annual leave
