Job Description

Description -To deliver Networks as a Platform (NaaP) Low Level design to fulfil demand requirements. Responsible for the delivery of the E2E NaaP feasibility. -To create standard APIs and network capabilities that have a high degree of re-usability, in close collaboration with NaaP Architects -Engage with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritise the delivery approach to design and deliver NaaP API final solution -Interface to NaaP API catalogue Delivery team to ensure the APIs being delivered are aligned with Vodafone strategy. With us you will: -To deliver Vodafone Technology Strategy leading the development of Network as a Platform (NaaP) from idea to deployable solution. -End-to-end knowledge: The role knows functionally (what and how) at sufficient level to have informed discussions with stakeholders and customers -Maintains solid relations with the NaaP API catalogue delivery team to ensure the solutions being delivered are aligned with Vodafone strategy, best practice and business objectives, and the activity is signed off accordingly. -Scout new technologies and vendors to enable innovation and identify technical enablers; -Supports assisting with the creation of Requests For Proposal (RFPs) on technical requirements, evaluation of answers and supplier short-listing during RFP process; -Contribute to definition of strategy and to design of E2E NaaP solutions -Participate in Agile projects building the required solutions Apply if you have: -Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a mobile networks -5+ years of experience designing and building large scale and impactful IT/NW projects - either on premises or in the cloud -Virtualization technologies & Containers solutions (Kubernetes, Docker) -Working knowledge of cloud native architectures -Cloud Based Services such as AWS, Azure, and Google -Strong SW design and development skills -Thorough understanding of the full Networking stack -Experience of working with an agile methodology -Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts of interest -Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging etc.) -Modern security practice -Modern API platform design Must have technical / professional qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience -Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies -Technical expertise in Network technologies -Technical expertise in IT -Agile Project management #groupresourcing #LI-BJ1
