Job Description
Based: London, Canary Wharf Position: Permanent, Full time Summary As a senior member of the Payment Network Team, you will be responsible for managing the digital wallets existing payment partners. You will be involved in strategic projects and play a key role in delivering our payments roadmap. The role requires you to negotiate complex agreements with both acquirers and alternative payment method providers. You will also be required to establish strategic relationships and develop payment strategies to support our extensive product stack. To be successful in the role the you will need attention to detail and be confident in a fast pace environment. Responsibilities: Key contact for payment partners who process for Paysafe's digital wallet division Establish and nurture partner relationships with the aim to grow the volumes through acceptance of the digital wallet's extensive product stack. Build robust business cases to secure development and integration resources. Negotiate existing partner agreements which meet our operational requirements and commercial expectations. Responsible for projects that require upgraded integrations to payment partners. Hold regular meetings with payment partners and responsible for ensuring all partner requests are followed up and completed. Responsible for ensuring the digital wallets are processing payments in line with the terms agreed with payment partners. Experience & Requirements: Minimum of 5 years working in the payments industry and able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of card acquiring and online digital payments. Can demonstrate how you built and developed payment strategies and established strategic relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines set both internally and externally. Experience negotiating complex agreements with acquirers and payment method providers. Highly skilled at presenting ideas and obtaining support both internally and externally. Knowledge of emoney issuing, digital wallets and gambling cashiers is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Requirements Travel Required. Fluency in English both written and verbal is a pre-requisite.
