We are looking for innovative change talent with a versatile Financial Services consulting background to join our growing team across the UK and Europe. We are recruiting diverse talent across all levels with versatile consulting delivery background in all our practices - project & programme delivery, operational excellence, digital change and regulatory change * With experience from the Financial Services Industry with focus on Banking and Capital Markets. * Key skills in demand include Payments (incl. ISO 20022, PSD2, Open Banking), LIBOR transition and Agile Delivery. * Must be willing to travel to our EU locations for assignments. Your current profile as a member of our team should include certain capabilities and level of experience that encompasses: * Project experience of at least 5-10 years in the financial industry (focus on banking or capital markets), preferably within a consulting environment; * Key skills in demand include Payments (incl. ISO 20022, PSD2, Open Banking), LIBOR transition and Agile Delivery. * Experience of at least 3 years as end to end project manager , managing all project aspects (scope, budget, planning, quality) using waterfall and agile methodologies; * Proven ability to successfully work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams combined with the capability of building successful relations and establishing credibility with our clients; * You are a true consultant with strong quantitative, analytical, and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive solutions for clients in a logical and structured way driven to make your point; * The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing. * Eager to travel and work in cross-border/cross-disciplined teams at client site; * For non EU-members: a valid work permit (please mention the type and validity period in your resume).
