We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join the Customer Operations Application Delivery & Support Team (COADS) as a Business Support Analyst. The COADS team forms part of the Performance, Service and Strategy Organisation, which plays a key role in the evolution of Customer Operations. The successful candidate will be assisted in developing expertise in the voice/telephony capability of our Digital Contact Centre (DCC) and within Customer Operations Incident Management as well as supporting the wider COADS function. * DCC - Utilising your excellent analytic and communication skills you'll be responsible for undertaking analysis on a range of data sources and producing options and recommended solutions to meet a well-defined set of requirements. *
