We're looking for someone like that to help us to: - oversee the travel management company including all operational issues, vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in service levels - deputize in the absence of Head of Travel Operations - act as an expert to support the development of strong client relationships and leveraging existing client engagement processes to ensure services are developed to match and/or exceed their expectations - provide relevant and tactical travel communications across the business via established communication platforms - act as escalation point for any service related issues and failures including implementing problem solving management to potential high profile issues - provide employee training on how to best access and utilize travel tools, travel resources in order to conduct best practice - Deliver Welcome to Travel training internally - Manage responses to the Traveler engagement survey, enhancing the traveler experience of Travel and GCS . - manage strategic suppliers within operating budgets & risk controls. - provide a high quality client & employee experience - ensure performance metrics are met or exceeded - deliver services in line with business requirements **Your team:** Your team You'll be working in the Travel Management Team in London which is part of the Group Corporate Services team. The goal of Travel Management is to ensure employee travel is safe, cost effective and delivers high traveler satisfaction. It is a globally aligned function and as such you will be also working on cross-regional projects. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Travel Operations you will be working to deliver a seamless and consistent user experience for clients, employees and stakeholders. The key strategic areas of focus are: 1. Financial performance - commercialization Optimizing expenditure through industry leading commercial dynamics 2. Client Centricity Enhancing client service and increasing performance in a measurable way 3. Operational Excellence Offering overall excellence in Travel 4. Digital & Technology Implementation of latest cost effective digital technologies travel projects to achieve automation and Process excellence 5.
