We're recruiting a Clinical Lead ICU Physiotherapist to provide innovative clinical and managerial leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers therapists to deliver an excellent patient experience. This role will focus on delivering a high quality, robust and responsive service to all adult respiratory patients alongside consultants and all members of the multidisciplinary team. Working as an autonomous practitioner, you will provide advanced respiratory assessments, clinical diagnosis and management of patients in the ICU and acute respiratory areas, ensuring that the service is informed by best evidence and expert knowledge. HCPC registered, you will have extensive postgraduate experience working within acute respiratory and ICU at a senior level, plus expert clinical reasoning and manual and respiratory skills. You will have experience of leading an effective team of qualified therapy staff and students, and of empowering patients to make their own decisions around their condition and treatment.
