MS Dynamics Developer Sonepar UK are looking for an individual to join the IT team in the UK with a real passion for software development and developing business critical processes in line with business needs. The MS Dynamics developer will act as a technical resource for Sonepar UK internal CRM systems with lead responsibility for development and maintenance of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Sonepar UK are formed from Routeco and Mayflex within the UK, both employing around 250 staff each within the UK. Working in the IT team you will work closely with all people both internally and externally, providing a professional service at all times. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management. You will also be required to have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM in all technical and functional areas and strong BI skills. You must be: · detail-oriented · a strong communicator · able to demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills, · able to manage and prioritize multiple demands from the UK Digital Leadership teams. So, we are looking for someone with drive, self-motivation, passion and determination to deliver results on projects. Is that you? SO, WHAT DOES AN MS DYNAMICS DEVELOPER DO? You will be responsible for liaising with technical support, infrastructure, development team and 3rd party providers to resolve problems, implement change and deploy software CRM solutions. Determine, manage and improve the delivery velocity and quality of the Project team outputs. Good knowledge of Agile techniques including but not limited to Scrum and Kanban techniques for planning, monitoring and control. Ensure the Project team (IT & Non-IT) are practising the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility. Architecting the CRM system, related customizations and reports to model the business organisational process Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap Take charge of your personal development updating skills as required, ensure you keep up to date with new development languages, and contribute to the evaluation of performance in line with Sonepar's core competencies and learning and development framework. Observe Health & Safety policy and procedures WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO SONEPAR UK? You need a solid education including Maths and English. At least 2 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience is essential. Must have Azure DevOps experience. Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) Demonstrable experience of Agile and Scrum delivery on large scale projects. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be able to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents. You will need to have extensive knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and PowerBI would be advantageous Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote Microsoft Certification Project Management WHAT SONEPAR UK CAN OFFER YOU You will receive a basic salary of up to £45,000 depending on skills and experience, plus entry into the GP bonus scheme You will be entitled to 25 days holiday a year with the option to buy or sell up to 6 days each year. You will also have the option of a healthcare cash plan, private medical, and group life assurance as well as auto-enrolment in our pension scheme You must be able to commute to the Birmingham and Milton Keynes Head Quarters for each OpCo.
