Customs and Freight Services Logistics Manager (Manufacturing) £35,000 - £37,000 Car Bonus Pension Benefits The role can be based in one of the 5 following locations-South Wales, Wiltshire, Staffordshire, Buckinghamshire or Tyne & Wear Are you an expert in Customs/Freight/Import / Export, looking to play a pivotal role in an internationally leading company ensuring the smooth delivery of the company's products throughout the World? They manufacture and supply Wiring Systems to the automotive market across the world, working with all the major blue chip car manufactures. This position would suit a Customs Logistics expert from an engineering/manufacturing background The Role Support and expertise on operational matters concerning the Customs and Freight services including auditing current processes To liaise with the customs offices in each country for tax and customs related issues and compliance. To review existing contracts and negotiate agreements with new suppliers, then support the implementation of new Customs and Freight providers and new routes.
