Finance Systems Accountant - Contract
Overview
Are you an experienced Systems Accountant looking for a long term fixed term contract ? Search Accountancy are partnering with a Milton Keynes based business who are looking for a fully qualified finance professional who has a passion for systems The Finance Systems Accountant will be accountable for all ledgers whilst building and maintaining financial transactions and posting mapping in key systems. The desired candidate will work closely with the Head of Income with the development of new financial processes then oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of these processes. You will be a strong, IT literate systems accountant (CCAB or CIMA qualified), who is an independent thinker with excellent logical and numerical skills. You will have recent transactional accounting experience and possess experience of completing a large scale financial system implementation. You will be an expert user of Microsoft Excel with experience of project management and SQL. Finally, you must be able to work independently and provide operational and strategic financial direction and leadership and be willing to undertake a diverse and demanding workload.
