Role We are currently looking for a Sales Operation Manager Europe - in London to join the awesomeness of GSG in our Sales Operations Team Europe. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will: * Manage and coordinate local Sales Operations team member of 4 Europeans countries. * Produce regular sales analysis to support local commercial teams. * Create, maintain and run reports and dashboards on Salesforce and GSG BI tools. * Cooperate with the Marketing team to support campaigns strategy. * Cooperate with other teams across the company like CRM, SEO, Editorial etc. * Provide strong project management and stakeholder management * Be responsible for your own projects from the first day Qualifications * At least 3 years of work experience in sales, sales operations management or project management, preferably in the Affiliate-Industry (Agency, Network, Publisher) would be a plus * At least 1 years experience in people management skills that include communication, leadership, delegation, motivation, training and even performance feedback * Good knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector * Good relationship management skills * Excellent analytical skills and ability to present data analysis during meetings or presentations. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically * Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisation * Fluency in written and spoken English Want to feel the awesomeness of one of the coolest Start-Ups?
