Band 7 Chief Cardiac Physiologist - Echocardiography Location: Barts Heart Centre with site rotation to our district hospitals Reports to : Deputy Principal Cardiac Physiologist / Technical Head of Echocardiography Responsible to: Principal Cardiac Physiologist Job Purpose An experienced Chief Cardiac Physiologist/Highly Specialised Echocardiographer is required to work competently in a busy Echocardiography Department. The post holder will be required to perform complex level tasks unsupervised and to assist senior staff as required. The post holder must be able to rotate to other hospital sites. The post holder will be required to work autonomously as a senior staff member within the non-invasive Cardiovascular Diagnostics department, assisting senior staff as required with managerial tasks. In addition the post holder will be required to supervise, train, guide and support staff in the performance of their individual roles and to give support to senior staff members. Employment Type: TEMPORARY
