We are holding an Assessment Day The Cardiac ward and Assisted Ventilation Unit (AVU) on Lewisham Hospital site is a busy and constantly developing department. This is a great opportunity to join our clinical or non-clinical teams to create a positive and motivating environment within our trust. We are looking to recruit: * A Motivated newly qualified or experienced band 5 nurse who is interested in Cardiac Medicine. * A desire to further improve your cardiac knowledge What we offering: * A highly motivated and enthusiastic Ward Manager to help lead our experienced nursing team * Friendly working environment with a compassionate team who will support your growth and development as a Staff Nurse * On-going professional education to help you expand your knowledge and skill set in addition to a comprehensive in-house development programme. This includes: * ECG workshops * Respiratory / NIV Workshops * Scenario Training * In-depth drug knowledge and integrative team rounds * Opportunity to partake in activities across cardiology in the interests of developing yourself and your skills.
