We have 8 premises, where we perform highly complex procedures as well as routine surgery & medicine. Our main hospital spans 8 floors comprising of 234 beds and 10 theatres, and The Duchess of Devonshire Wing is our award-winning cancer centre,which includes state-of-the-art radiotherapy, chemotherapy suites and 47 dedicated patient bedrooms for Oncology & Haematology patients. Job Profile: You will perform a range of Cardiology and Lung Plethysmography tests and to lead Exercise Treadmill Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. The shift pattern is variable and will be worked within the hours of 8am-7pm Monday to Friday. Salary: The attractive salary for this role is £37,353 -£49,014 per annum, and will be dependent upon skills and experience. Duties & Responsibilities To undertake a range of non-invasive Cardio and Respiratory investigations as detailed below, and to maintain a high standard of technical skill, efficiency and patient care in accordance with departmental protocols and procedures. The job holder should demonstrate in depth experience, be able to work independently and to lead Stress Treadmill. Ambulatory ECG Monitoring and Tape Analysis. Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring. Resting and Exercise ECG, and to lead stress test without medical supervision. Comprehensive profile of Full Lung Plethysmorgraphy testing, Reversibility and Transfer Studies. To liaise with Consultant Cardiologists, Respiratory Consultants and referring clinicians, nursing colleagues to ensure that relevant information of the patient in your care is communicated.
