Job Description

Salary: As per market rate Opening date: 05 June 2020 Closing date: 04 July 2020 Purpose of the Job: To support wider Finance team in the forecasting and budgetary planning To provide analytical assessment of potential and current mergers and acquisitions, providing reporting on the financial viability. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: FP&A function Review, consolidate and report monthly MIS to senior management, including insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans. Also identify potential risks & opportunities across the international business and provide multiple scenarios of group financials: * Preparation of monthly Group Performance and quarterly Board packs * Manage feasible timetables with all internal finance stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and outputs * Ad-hoc analysis e.g. trend, scenario & sensitivity analysis. * Tracking and reporting on Group cost savings and investments. * Work cross functionally to evaluate strategic initiatives, associated financial impacts, and help to incorporate into financial plans * Preparation of various notes in the annual accounts e.g. geographical analysis of turnover, headcount, leases. Execute annual budgeting, long-range planning in close collaboration with corporate functional leads: * Preparation of the Group Forecasts, budget and 5 Year Plan * Preparation of the quarterly Trading update pack for IR * Support IR & Group Finance with quarterly, half-year and year-end reporting * Derive the long term strategy and direction for the combined businesses defining the business planning goals and roadmap. * Model scenarios including capacity constraints, competitor analysis, changes to customer expectations, risk and develop and maintain a group of likely scenarios Strategic Planning Provide modelling and analytical support to the Finance leadership in order to: * Derive the long term strategy and direction for the combined businesses defining the business planning goals and roadmap. *
