SWIFT's Platform Partnerships Squad (SPPS) accelerates the growth and innovation of SWIFT's services by driving new business opportunities through partnerships. We identify, build, develop and strategically manage relationships with Partner Companies, and architect solutions both from the technical, operational, and business model perspectives, that can help grow and evolve SWIFT's business. About the role As a Partner Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing SWIFT's Platform partnerships program. This role is about leveraging Process Design, Project Management and leadership capabilities to drive execution of Platform Partnerships framework Projects. As an effective program manager you will engage with multiple internal stakeholders including Platform Partnerships squad, APIs tribe, Product owners, Partner Operations (Liaison to Legal, Risk and Billing), Strategy, Innovation and Partners, to create and monitor individual projects and actionable plans that will help SWIFT achieve successful implementation and continuous improvement of a Platform Partnerships Framework. You will track key performance indicators to help support the future state of each project and the overall performance of the Platform Partners program and ensure sustainability. Responsibilities Perform partner enablement requirements analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing processes to support the expansion of a scaled Platform Partnerships Operation Conducts stakeholder and SME interviews to determine, recommend and document individual project needs and resource requirements. Develop comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions in order to support Platform Partnerships enablement. Collaborate with internal partners to build input-focused project plans for achievement of key measures Communicate findings to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways. Work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations through to implementation. Lead efforts on sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that translates data into actionable insights. Manage Program updates and reporting of task and milestone completions Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in a Program Management role at a Tech Company, management consulting firm or investment bank, or equivalent experience in a corporate role focused on strategic advisory (e.g., in-house corporate strategy or corporate development role) Significant experience in large-scale cross-functional project management. Preferred Qualifications MBA degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing successful program implementations Product Development and Management Experience Experience managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and landing of initiatives. Analytical proficiency to develop a methodology to measure partnerships success KPIs.
