About the opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Chief Nurse to join our friendly team, this role will be focused on the overall responsibility to ensure clinical governance is adhered to across the Bank Partners contracts What you will be doing * Providing the division with Clinical Leadership and guidance * Implement a clinical assessment structure to support the effective recruitment of nurses to join the banks * Ensure a robust process is in pace to support appraisals for new contract wins * Review the interview process for all staff groups (Nurses, HCA's, A&C, AHP, Medical) to ensure it is current and in line with NHS employers standards * Investigate all clinical incidents quickly & accurately following appropriate procedure where required We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have * NHS experience is essential within the nursing sector * Clinical leadership and an understanding of clinical governance * Understanding of recruitment & compliance * Experience managing complex Trust complaints using Datix control * Excellent leadership skills What we can offer you * 25 days annual leave * Buy and sell holiday * Company pension scheme * Life assurance * Matching pension scheme * Free eye tests * Prosper Benefits Our commitment to employee development through training, personal development plans, professional qualification support and career progression, has resulted in excellent retention levels.
