Job Description

NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG is a dynamic, clinically-led membership organisation made up of 131 member practices serving citizens, patients and carers across Nottinghamshire. The CCG is looking to recruit a highly motivated Head of Corporate Governance on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. During this period, the key priorities for this role will be to: * Ensure the continued effectiveness of the CCG's Governing Body and committee structure. * Oversee a number of key corporate governance functions, including the management of conflicts of interest. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of corporate governance processes. Forward-thinking, proactive and enthusiastic, you will be able to bring excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to the role and quickly establish your credibility with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to prioritise your workload and direct the work of members of the team towards meeting tight and often changing deadlines will be essential to your success in this role.
