£58,000 to £60,000 per annum | 37.5 hours | Days | Great Staff Benefits | A leading private hospital in Nottingham currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN to work as Head of Clinical Services. You will contribute to service development and budgetary management, ensuring a cost-effective service which doesn’t compromise on quality of care. Applicants for this Head of Clinical Services RGN post should meet the following criteria: • Qualified and registered with the NMC as a Level 1 Adult General Nurse/RGN • Ability to achieve a high standard of clinical care by auditing, analysing trends and directing the team to deliver results • Ensuring the safeguarding of patients and that systems are in place for reporting incidents • The ability to carry out comprehensive assessments on potential new residents • A proven track record of leadership and able to manage a team ensuring that the Hospital complies with CQC requirements • The ability to support Clinical Leads in the management of their teams For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
