We are looking for a compassionate and committed Clinical Specialist Nurse to join the Recovery and Rehabilitation Division in the Trust providing high quality mental health care to people with psychotic illnesses, the division's goal is to support recovery, to promote mental and physical wellbeing and optimize independence and social inclusion. We have an exciting opportunity at Lime Tree Gardens which is a residential community service run by One Housing Group. One housing group (recently nominated for a Health Service Journal Award) provides housing support and key working to 24 service users with complex mental health. The post requires a Registered Mental Health Nurse who can work with a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide a care and offer clinical input as an employee of Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust.
