Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, positive sales associate. Working under the leadership of the sales manager, you will gain extensive product knowledge to recommend our bikes and accessories to families and businesses. Delivering great customer service from queries in person, over the phone and via email you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key responsibilities * Conducting test rides * Generating customer quotes * Answering customer queries, in person and via phone and email * Reaching and exceeding agreed sales targets * May be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business. Working Tuesday - Saturday. Requirements * Sales experience (essential) * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Keen interest in cycling (preferred) * Organised and able to prioritise work * Customer focused and professional * Ability to work within a team * 2-year checkable history * You must be eligible to work in the UK * Physically fit, as will be required to assist moving cargo bikes Benefits Workplace Pension Cycle to Work Scheme 28 days holiday (pro rata inclusive of bank holidays) Casual dress code Staff discounts
