Job Description
Manpower are currently recruiting a Material Handler in partnership with Honeywell, based in Newhouse. Would you like to utilise your logistics expertise and be part of handling a variety of logistics issues in a manufacturing environment? If you answered positively, Honeywell have the career opportunity for you! In this position, you will assist in the daily store operations to ensure critical parts availability, material handling and so on. You will follow standard work and operating procedures to ensure those duties are fulfilled and goals are met. Key Responsibilities * Participate in team meetings/tier meetings * Binning of incoming parts * Meet FAA and ISO requirements * Responsible for parts quantity accuracy * Receiving and issuing of parts Skills and Experience Required * 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing setting * Experience effectively moving materials throughout the facility to desired locations, * Ability to lift up to 40lbs, * Minor computer skills (i.e. scanner use, inventory transactions), * Preferred: Forklift and material handling equipment usage * Good oral and written communication skills * Strong work ethic and initiative to learn processes If you have the relevant experience and are interested, then please apply online today!
