Coty Professional is seeking a National Account Manager for our expanding e-Commerce channel which we are building with new dedicated resources. Your will be owning a number of e-Retailers accounts driving sales across the portfolio of Coty Professional hair (Wella Professionals, Nioxin....) & nail (OPI) brands. You will work in partnership commercial team (Brand Managers, Trade Marketing Manager, Brand Finance Managers). THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: * Build strategic plans to identify how to win and where to play with customers to maximise both Coty's and customers strategic synergies * Plan, develop and agree an annual Joint Business Plan with specified customers * Monitor, progress and review Joint Business Plans with the customer and with the Head of eCommerce, activating contingency plans when needed * Agree and execute co-marketing and monthly promotional plans with customers * Agree listings for all new product and brands as appropriate * Work with the commercial team to ensure BIC brand assets, etc. are implemented on sites * Design with Commercial team an annual plan of activity for e-Commerce partners * Meet company growth targets for e-Commerce customers on a QTR/Year basis * Responsible for the customer marketing implementation across the eCommerce channel for the full portfolio of Coty Professional Hair brands and OPI. * Manage day-to-day communication to ensure assets, layouts and branding are implemented all meet our high standards in maximizing brand equity and communication to clients WHAT YOU'LL BRING We'd love to see candidates who have: * You have at least 1-2 years' experience in eCommerce * You have experience in working with major ecommerce accounts including Amazon * Digital marketing an interest * You are very organised and operate with high level of discipline; * You have excellent organisation skills, prioritising your tasks effectively and thriving when working under pressure with tight deadlines * You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; * You are digitally savvy; WHAT WE OFFER This is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
