Job Description
Job Title - AVP - Business Readiness Analyst Location - Glasgow The TC1 Change Business Readiness team are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient delivery of all strategic transformation programmes into the GFCO estate, including the re-platforming of the Customer Screening, Payment Screening and Transaction Monitoring applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and successful delivery of GFCO major changes into Group Financial Crime Operations; including requirements, scoping, training, migration/implementation all to be formally tracked and reported under the Business Readiness Permit to Operate framework. What will you be doing? Work collaboratively with multiple functions including Global Financial Crime Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, Technology and Business Change, to ensure clear requirements, delivery approach and governance are applied. Providing support and guidance to the business on the impact of change, through effective communication Be accountable for leading a team of analysts, establishing high performance work standards through effective institution of performance development standards and measurements, and where appropriate, disciplinary and grievance procedures Ensure all tasks are completed considering risk impact and are maintained within a strong Business Readiness framework Complete project related tasks e.g. business and volume analysis, operational design, testing, and training activities ensuring they are fully documented and output captured within appropriate governance and included within risk assessments where required Champion team process improvement ideas under continuous improvement Oversee major technical deployments into the global operational teams via the GFCO Deployment Centre methodology and supporting Global Financial Crime Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, and Technology Be responsible for raising and owning RAID's to the programme and Head of GFCO Business Readiness where required, ensuring that impacts are understood and risk assessments completed where required. What we're looking for: Leadership, ability to bring out the best in teams, developing theirs and own knowledge and key skills along the way A team player who is able to work effectively both with their own team and with others within Financial Crime Operations, Technology, Financial Crime Compliance and Business Units Demonstrated strong analytical, presentation and communication skills to support Financial Crime Operations and work with a diverse range of colleagues across multiple sites. Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and to a high standard. A positive attitude to change is essential and a desire to solve problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner is required. Skills that will help you in the role: Ideally have a working knowledge of GFCO and related policy, regulations and standards Has experience in working, leading and delivery change within a time bound regulatory driven operation Where will you be working?
