The Senior Decision Support Consultant role holder reports to the Senior Finance Business Partner within LifeCo Finance. The Finance Commercial team's key responsibilities are: * Commercial management of the Life Companies * AOP financial planning including challenge and Exec sign-off of financials * Strategic project financial analysis and support * Monthly business performance reporting * Finance business partnering for flows/revenue executives, and * Commercial link with key decision makers in SLA As a Senior Decision Support Consultant, your primary responsibility is to support the wider business from a commercial and financial perspective. You'll also support key initiatives through provision of data and financial analysis and insight. This is an excellent opportunity to drive business performance through interaction and challenge sessions with senior level stakeholders. The role holder will develop an in depth understanding of the business, the opportunities and threats to achieving group strategic objectives. This is a challenging role with fixed timescales but which provides great career progression opportunities.
