Reporting directly to an Executive director we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly credible senior change leader to join our Group Operations division of Wesleyan. In this critically strategic role you will be responsible for leading and driving the delivery of the group's transformational change programme as determined by our Executive team. You will have responsibility for leading all business change activities across the society and be accountable for ensuring all changes are managed in a controlled manner as well as ensuring the capability of your team are delivering the portfolio. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the COO senior leadership team. You will work effectively at the highest level of the organisation, utilising your extensive communication and influencing skills; as a member of the Group Operations Senior Leadership team, this role will develop and deliver a track record that is recognised as a high-quality operation by colleagues, customer, stakeholders and peers, whilst ensuring value through cost and process efficiency. This is a rare senior opportunity which brings a great deal of responsibility including the need to drive financial and operational improvements through the delivery of the portfolio of business change, establish a high quality agile design and delivery capability and ultimately enhance and develop our change capability into a high performing and forward-thinking team of expert industry professionals capable of delivering large scale change at pace. The post holder will therefore require a demonstrable background with an array of wide-ranging skills and experiences gained in similar, senior leader roles. As an accomplished leader you will possess strong people leadership skills with the ability to excite, motivate, nurture and enable the success of others through collaboration and team work. We will seek to understand a demonstrable track record of leading successful change programmes in organisations of similar size and complexity - in both delivery of change and building of change capability. With extensive experience in project management and knowledge of approaches, tools (PlanView, KeyedIn, SmartCore), and phases of project lifecycles and change delivery you will have managed budgets exceeding £30m + pa. We also seek your knowledge of deployment and implementation methodologies (Agile, EDM, Infrastructure etc.) of related technical change management experience. So, what can you expect in return?
