As a Manager/Senior Manager in our Internal Audit department you will manage a portfolio of clients to ensure that all work complies with the firm's standards and procedures, is delivered to budget and meets deadlines. You will be our key point of contact with your clients and be involved with the development, delivery and completion of all of our internal audit and consulting work with them. You will oversee auditors, ensuring that we produce high quality work that demonstrates an understanding of the audit area, client and sector but also adds insight and value. In addition, you will be involved in tendering for new business and looking for opportunities to grow the department. You will be an effective communicator who is experienced at presenting to small groups and comfortable in forming relationships and interacting with a range of senior people. You will ideally be working within a managerial capacity already within an internal audit or related role. To enhance your own personal development, you will have the opportunity to lead, manage, motivate, and coach other members of the team so supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage. You will be working with a great team of like-minded colleagues all focused on supporting each other to perform at their best. In terms of qualifications, we want to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers so an audit qualification such as IIA, ICAS or ACCA are essential.
