Clinical Lead Salary: Up to 21.00 per hour! Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Braunton Public Transport: This Nursing Home is easy to access by public transport with 2 bus stops within walking distance Parking: Ample free parking on site Job Description / Responsibilities for a Clinical Lead (RGN / RMN): Working closely with the Registered Manager striving for outstanding care at all times Management of the Nursing Unit Maintaining a professional approach with staff, families, professionals alike Oversea and maintain excellent clinical performance within your unit Motivate and lead a team of Nurses and Carers and contribute to their ongoing professional development Perform direct nursing duties as required Professional Qualities / Requirements for a Clinical Lead: Registered General Nurse/Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification Current NMC registration.
