Job Description
About us Amz Thakrar Photography was originally a dream born in the imagination of a 5 year old boy. The passion and fascination of capturing moments, was rendered from a young age and has grown to be one of the inspirations behind Amit's vision to begin the business. He is now an International Celebrity Fashion and Events Photographer who has experience in all areas of photography from corporate events, weddings, fashion, models and family shoots. Why work for us Amit's photography journey was not a typical one and definitely not a fairy-tale process by any means, but he is a strong believer in positivity, the laws of attraction and seeing the hidden potential in a person that they may not see in themselves and having the ability to capture an image that shows not just the smile on someone's face but also the smile from within their heart. We work informally, as a little family and have a balance between work and play. We want to encourage our team and allow each person to build confidence in themselves and gain experience, and enjoy what they do, fulfilling their personal potential along the way. Job Description We are looking for 3-4 graphic design interns to join our team working from home. Ideally for current students alongside their studies or graduates alongside their current role. Duties will include: Creating designs for digital, Print, social media image creation, online creative and all other general design help. The successful applicant will also need to be on hand for all ad-hoc design responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding designer to learn on the job and work as part of an exciting and energetic team. Skills: * At least intermediate level design using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar Social media and general marketing knowledge * Ability to create moving image / motion graphics * This is an unpaid for 6 months, we may offer ongoing graphic design work after internship. * You will be required to work from home 2-3 hours a day (5 days across 7).
