Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious junior/graduate designer with tonnes of enthusiasm to join our Design Team, working closely with our Design Lead and Junior Designer on a broad range of digital and brand design work, for our growing portfolio of in-house brands. Our brand portfolio is growing rapidly, which means the Design Team is responsible for these creations from inception to completion and ongoing development. We aren't looking for someone who just fills a gap in the team. We want someone with ambition to grow within the company and proactively spot areas which can be improved through design. Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to): * Work alongside the content team to improve and innovate our email marketing and campaigns. * Working with our Suppliers to create and design packaging artwork. * Creating graphic content for web banners (Facebook & Google). * Engaging web images for our Ecommerce sites. * Photo retouching and editing. * Assisting the team in brand identity creation. * Consistently develop the suite of graphics for all brands Skills required: * Advanced and proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite * Ability to work to short and strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy * Very strong typographic layout * An eye for striking compositions * Excellent attention to detail * A confident and creative thinker * Great communication skills * Proactive work ethic HOW TO APPLY 1.
