We are Product Madness, a hot social and mobile gaming company co-founded by two Stanford MBA friends. With offices in San Francisco and London, we are a leader in the industry and now a part of the Aristocrat family - the second largest manufacturer of slot games in the world. We are a passionate, creative, fun, innovative, and collaborative team with a common goal to create unique, amazing gaming experiences for our community of users. About You As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating assets for marketing initiatives within our games and social media based advertising. This involves working closely with the Head of Creative and Lead Designers from ideation to delivering the final artwork. You will join a team with exceptionally talented graphic and motion designers. It's a fun, fast paced environment. Requirements * Work with the Head of Creative, Lead Designers and User * Acquisition departments on the development marketing creatives. * Continuously improve the polish on existing and new conceptual designs. * Adhere to our aggressive methodologies in A/B testing to optimise creatives to yield incredible results * Manage priorities for extremely time sensitive projects. * Engage users by creating strong conceptual motion graphics that guide and encourage them throughout their journey. * Experiment with different creative techniques, tools to mock-up and prototype ideas quickly. Desired Skills and Experience * Well versed in graphic design principles and concepts. * Skilled in After Effects, Adobe Premiere and adding motion to 2D objects and illustrations * Collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders * Executing visual design stages from concept to final integration * Eliciting constructive feedback and interpreting that feedback into design solutions * Keen comprehension of design briefs briefs and objectives to execute intelligent design with relevant messaging What is great about working at Product Madness?
