YOU can be directly involved in making the internet a better place! Who we are looking for | UserZoom operates globally with offices in Spain, USA, and UK and continues to grow rapidly. You will be expected to communicate with Senior Executives from top global brands in Northern Europe and reaching as far away as Australia. Our client list is pretty impressive with the biggest brands utilising our services: Google, Amazon, Paypal, British Gas, Vodafone, Bupa to name just a few. We know who our next customer is, our marketing delivers our branding in UserZoom to them therefore one to one engagement is the next step to win them as a client. We are seeking a full-time dedicated sales person to drive the pre-sales function, where you will be given the opportunity to develop and build relationships with prospects and increase our pipeline for future progress. The role is based out of our office in Eccleston Square, London. What does a Sales Development Representative at UserZoom do | * Making outbound business to business calls, evangelising and educating potential customers of the value of UserZooms Solution * Support Marketing efforts by driving attendance to our quarterly seminars * Follow-up on inbound leads so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts and generate sales. * Using various sales tools to identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process * Qualifying and initiating relationships with new leads * Complete weekly reports and maintain customer records in Salesforce (CRM) * Identify new business opportunities * Undertaking associated administration tasks as and when required * To achieve team targets as set by Sales Management Team in time scales agreed * Collaborate with Internal Sales Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches * Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist Requirements We'd like you to have the following, to be considered for this opportunity at UserZoom: * 12-18 months experience in B2B internal sales, initiating outbound calls/appointment making * Fluent German language skills * Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads * Can demonstrate ambition with the desire to succeed * High level of self-motivation * Evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals * Can provide successful evidence of working in a target related environment * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Commercial and business awareness * Excellent listener listening to the prospect so they can respond appropriately * High proficiency in computer and internet use including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) * Lives within 1 hour rush hour commute by public transport or car Desirable: * Experience of selling SaaS solutions * Familiar with the IT sector Location: Eccleston Square, London Benefits A well as working for a global technology company, from a cool office in Thomas House, Eccleston Square - we also offer our SDRs the following benefits: * Opportunity to work with a vibrant and innovative company with a sound future and fast growth objectives. * 25 days paid holiday per year. * You get your birthday as a holiday * Private Health care following probation period. * Generous and very competitive package to match the role OTE. * Share Options * Pension * Global Sales Kick Off (SKO) - This was in Miami, Florida this year * Christmas and Summer parties * Team events * Sales training and coaching, to support your career development
