Job Description
NonStop's client is based near Sutton who are looking for Social Workers within its Child Protection team. The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and working through the authorities visions. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users. This Council has recently been recognised as being in the top 5 for least caseloads held by Social Workers. Manageable average caseloads of just 22 children allows for high-quality monitoring of cases and an environment where learning and development can flourish. New ways of working, strong and stable management all contribute to an environment that promotes open communication, challenge, learning and access to training meaning you can take your career in the direction you wish.
