Job Description

Business Analyst required for our eCommerce team in London. You will be a key part of the team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully understood and met by the proposed solution. Responsibilities include: * To gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users. This will involve facilitating workshops and assessing source documentation from the customer * Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability * Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems * Present proposals to clients * Analyse business systems in order to recommend efficiencies * Provide estimates for future analysis work * Work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure all solutions deliver customer satisfaction * Provide training to users of a new system as required * Communicate and collaborate with the test team * Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines * Keep up to date with technical and industry sector advances Customer Service responsibilities: * Maintain great client relationships at all levels of the organisation * Maintain consistently high levels of client satisfaction and effectively escalating business critical situations to as required * Manage situations and relationships both internally and externally You Talented, enthusiastic, focused, eye for detail, professional. The techy bit we need you to be really great at: Mandatory experience includes: * Extensive analysis experience * eCommerce and retail experience * Production of user stories and acceptance criteria * Experience of analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development) * Experience of Business Process engineering * Ability to work on your own initiative to an agreed action plan * Strong communication skills - as this role requires a high level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills * Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills * Strong commercial awareness and business acumen * Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail Exposure to: * WebSphere Commerce * Salesforce * Hybris * Knowledge of accessibility guidelines * Website usability * Jira/Confluence * Knowledge of the project life cycle and project development methodologies If you know some of this even better! * Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms such as Hybris or Magento * Knowledge of SalesForce and Force.com highly desirable * Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager advantageous * Database experience Wunderman Thompson Commerce is a new global eCommerce consultancy that applies strategy, technical know-how and outstanding design to make a big impact through eCommerce.
