Job Description
About The Role: Exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team at Camden to lead our webshop and manage our overall online D2C presence. Leading strategic change to increase sales as well as managing the day-to-day running of this super-fast growing area of the business. What's Involved: * Responsible for the webshop volume sales. You will be responsible for delivering the webshop budget in both volume and net revenue and developing a strategy to achieve the growth necessary to reach our targets * Leading development of Shopify platform to maximise traffic and sales * Forecasting and availability, providing accurate forecasts to the supply team and ensuring we have good availability of stock on the webshop at all times. * Focusing on activation, working with marketing on initiatives to increase growth. Managing tracking and reporting of sales results of those initiatives * Working closely with a 3PL supplier, ensuring we have the best possible model to deliver the best customer service and value for money. * Leading on providing insight to drive our D2C digital marketing strategy and working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute that strategy Who We're Looking For: * Minimum 2 years experience of managing a Shopify platform * Minimum 2 years experience of working with 3PL providers * Strong understanding of digital marketing to drive traffic and sales on Shopify platforms including SEO, PPC and CRM platforms * Strong understanding of website optimisation to drive traffic and sales * Comfortable in building volume forecasts and analysing sales performance * Strong organisational and time management skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities * Comfortable liaising with senior teams to provide direction on strategy on the future of our E-comm platform. * You have worked with annual sales budgets What we offer: * Competitive salary and bonus * Weekly beer allowance * Private pension * Choice of Private Healthcare or Wellbeing Allowance * Full brewery induction * Cycle to Work scheme * Run club, football team, book club * Access to Wagestream and Safestream * Opportunities for training and career progression Apply for this Job
