Agile Delivery Manager - CRM/Dynamics Implementation - Not-for-Profit Our client in the not-for-profit sector is currently searching for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join them, to enable and deliver a roll out of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. To support this change programme, the Agile Delivery Manager will be required to manage multiple agile development work streams and supervise the effective transition from a development state to a steady state BAU. You'll be working with key partners and the project work-stream leads to define and deliver the corporate CRM roadmap, ensuring key transition products are identified and delivered. Ideally, candidates will have experience of transitioning complex business critical solutions into steady state BAU. The Agile Delivery Manager would benefit from previous experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and implementation projects, however excellent agile delivery experience will also be considered. Agile Delivery Manager - Responsibilities Active supervision of requirement gathering via their embedded business analysts and the definition of MVPs to delivery release cycles. Creation of meaningful user stories, their placement within the product backlog, to their inclusion with the sprint cycle. Constant performance tracking of the development team and measuring story completion against current velocity across multiple development work streams. Leading a team of cross-functional expertise, including solution architects, data architects, business analysts, report designers, consultants and service providers. Active and constant management of internal stakeholders, include conflict resolution between conflicting requirements. Management of multiple 3rdparties/service providers. Multiple and frequent reporting to programme and steering board level. Agile Delivery Manager - Skills and experience Knowledge and experience of implementing enterprise solutions, potentially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP solutions Experience in using tailored Agile delivery methodology Previous experience of organisational change management initiatives Proven experience of planning, monitoring, reporting and delivering benefits and outcomes Experience of working at a senior level in a high profile and complex environment; skills in understanding and responding to different perspectives and taking a cross-organisational perspective. Experience of supplier management and of changing supplier services Proven experience of budgetary control and management Proven ability to lead engagement and communication with stakeholders at all levels internally/externally and to influence others Excellent people skills and proven ability to motivate develop and hold to account large and diverse teams Clear evidence of working effectively as a collaborative and supportive team member Ability to think critically and analytically to draw sound conclusions on the basis of complex data Ability to promote collaborative working across boundaries between teams and create a sense of community between them Agile Delivery Manager - The reward: This position is offering a salary of up to 65,000 p.a. + comprehensive benefits package including: 30 days paid holidays (+ bank holidays), a very attractive pension scheme along with Perkbox - a benefits scheme that offers more than 200 exclusive perks from free coffee to discounts on your weekly food shop (amongst others).
