About the Role As an International Sales Executive, you'll join us on a full time and permanent basis in our Barbican office. You'll be responsible for dealing with all incoming Chinese enquiries, prospecting existing Chinese clients and converting these into sales across the Mount Anvil portfolio. Duties & Responsibilities * Ensure all incoming enquiries are dealt with against the targeted SLAs during working hours * Working overseas on behalf of the business representing Mount Anvil, our joint venture partners and our developments to an international audience * Secure the targeted number of reservations on our developments * Prospect the existing database and achieve the number of calls KPI and ensure that all active clients are spoken to regularly against the set KPIs * Mange the allocated enquires from Chinese WeChat and Web platform * Work collaboratively with third party agents to secure reservations across the schemes * Continue to build relationships with existing customers and build new relationships to create your own customer database Skills & Experience * Fluent written and verbal Chinese - Mandarin (additional Cantonese is advantageous) * Experience in a sales role and or customer experience role * Target Driven - experience of working to targets/KPIs * Business or commercial mindedness is ideal * CRM system usage and an understanding of the importance of having great software
