Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Berkshire. Their work covers a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, retail and housing and is a good mix of professional and project work. Role & Responsibilities: * Surveys * Dilapidations * Contract administration * Design * Party wall * Fire risk assessments * Condition reports Skills & Experience: * MRICS or near chartered * Able to work autonomously and as part of a small team * Excellent communication and written skills Salary & Benefits: * 40,000 to 50,000 (depending on experience) and other benefits * Excellent career progression * Opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of the business and make a real difference To Apply: * Please call Alison Longdin on 02382 354100.
