Campaign Manager - Performance Marketing
Overview
Job Description
As a Campaign Manager, your task will be to run UA campaigns that maximise profit across multiple titles. The role reports to UA Managers who will provide strategic direction, mentoring, support and training. Some examples of the work you will be involved in: * Deploying UA strategy: channels, campaigns, creatives, audiences etc * Designing and putting together campaign materials, working with our artists * Managing, analysing and optimising campaigns * Keeping up to date with the field in order to exploit new opportunities Depending on experience, you might also be helping us with: * ASO * Our approach to measuring true ROAS * Our high-level strategy to maximise profit * The way we conceive and develop games to improve their odds of scaling Requirements Essential * Experience running campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads and other networks. * Comfortable running and optimising multiple campaigns. * Highly numeric and fully competent with Excel. Desirable Two is fine. None are essential. Games insight * Do you have a good insight into what makes mobile games succeed or fail? * Do you have a good idea of who the audience is likely to be for a given title, and how they are likely to monetise? Miscellaneous other desirable things * Curious - driven to discover underlying explanations of things, just for fun * Creative - if your first 5 ideas don't work, you can think of another 10 * Business mind-set - you focus on what will have an impact, not just what's new and cool * Experience in statistics, or modelling, or other such generally useful techniques You've played a game by Hutch and have some good ideas on how to market it!
