This Position is Worldwide! Defalme seeks Travel Sales Representatives worldwide (North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania) to help with assisting its travelers as explained in the job duties. Newly employed Travel Sales Representatives are not full staff members of Defalme until after 3-months of quality work, then can be promoted to a full staff member of Defalme to acquire even much more benefuts! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Travel Sales Representative position is what introduces you to Employment at Defalme, it is a starting point into joining our Team of Travel & Hospitality experts, this is a 3-months commission based role that a candidate may be promoted to a monthly salary after achieving the required targets. Travel Sales Representative - Commission is 10% Per Referral Booking Monthly Salary after 3-Months, full staff starts from; $550 a month, increases and has got extra benefits related to the Travel Industry, therefore, it becomes a permanent role for you as a full staff member of Defalme. Duties of the Sales Representative: * Sell the Defalme Booking site Travel & Hospitality services offered to potential clients, help them learn how to make bookings on the site and to know where to find the right booking section for the particular service they want. * Ability to realize a potential client that needs a certain service that can be booked at Defalme. * Assist clients in a particular country they've made a booking for a service. E.g Help them locate a Hotel they've booked or Bus, or help them find their way to the Airport for a flight they've booked. * Attending meetings with potential clients and guiding them on how to use the Booking system on the Defalme site. * Working to monthly sales targets as set by Defalme. * Progressing towards activity targets set by Defalme. * Following up with potential clients upon their future planned bookings. * Making daily reports about your progress to the Sales Manager. Background of the Sales Representative: * Previous experience in a sales role for another company. * Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry will be of advantage. * Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for communication purposes * Self-motivated and organized individual. * Experience in achieving sales targets. * Outgoing with an ability to build relationships with people of all backgrounds.
